Registration Process
How to get
accredited
Step 01
Submit Requirements
Prepare and submit all documentary requirements to the LYDO Calape office. Walk-in submissions are accepted Mon–Fri, 8AM–5PM.
Step 02
LYDO Review
LYDO evaluates the submitted documents for completeness and compliance with RA 10742 and DILG guidelines.
Step 03
LYDC Endorsement
The Local Youth Development Council deliberates and endorses qualified organizations for official accreditation.
Step 04
Certificate Issuance
Accredited organizations receive a Certificate of Accreditation valid for the current term and are listed in the official registry.

- Duly accomplished YORP Application Form
- Constitution and By-Laws of the organization
- List of officers and members with contact details
- Certificate of Registration (if previously registered)
- Annual Plan of Activities
- Financial Statement / Budget Plan
For Youth-Serving Organizations (YSO)
- Duly accomplished YORP Application Form (YSO)
- SEC / CDA / DOLE Registration Certificate
- List of programs / projects for youth
- List of board members or trustees
- Annual Report of youth-related activities
- Endorsement from Barangay Captain
